Applications are officially open for the CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 in Germany. This fully funded fellowship brings together 55–60 emerging professionals and volunteers from more than 40 countries to strengthen intercultural collaboration and civil society networks.
The CCP Fellowship—funded by the German Federal Foreign Office—offers participants the opportunity to enhance their professional skills, gain hands-on experience, and build meaningful connections with organizations in Germany. The program lasts two to three months between May and November 2026.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the CCP Fellowship, applicants must:
- Be at least 23 years old at the time of application
- Have strong English communication skills
- Have a minimum of 2 years of professional or volunteer experience in a civil society organization
- Work in one of the CCP focus fields
