Program Objective
The World Economic Forum serves as a collaborative hub where leaders from government, business, academia, and civil society develop solutions to global challenges.
The Early Careers Program gives fresh graduates—particularly those with 1–2 years of experience—a unique chance to learn how the Forum operates, contribute fresh ideas, and gain invaluable experience within an international environment.

Program Benefits
Participants of the Early Careers Program will receive:
1. Full-Time, Onsite Employment (6 Months)
A dedicated contract in one of the WEF offices in Switzerland, India, China, or Japan.
2. Monthly Compensation
- Switzerland (Geneva): CHF 4,500 (Salary + Medical allowance)
- India (Mumbai): INR 91,600
- China (Beijing): CNY 12,500
- Japan (Tokyo): JPY 333,333
3. Work Authorization Support
- Provided only for roles based in Geneva, enabling participants to legally work in Switzerland.
