Applications are now open for the Mundus MAPP Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Programme 2026–2028, a prestigious two-year Master’s in Public Policy offered by a consortium of leading European universities. This unique programme allows students to study in at least two different countries, providing both academic and professional training in global and regional public policy.
Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s scholarships are automatically considered during application—no separate scholarship application is required. These fully funded scholarships cover tuition, monthly stipends, travel, visa, and insurance costs, allowing students to focus fully on their studies while gaining valuable international experience.

- Host Institutions: Coordinated by Central European University (CEU) with Institut Barcelona d’Estudis Internacionals (IBEI), International Institute of Social Studies (ISS) at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and the University of York.

Scholarship Benefits
The Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s scholarship includes:
- Full tuition coverage
- Monthly stipend of €1,400 for 24 months (up to €33,600)
- Health insurance
- Contributions toward travel, visa, and installation costs
Additional institutional scholarships are also available, offering 50% tuition waivers for both years (note: these do not include a living stipend). Extra support is available for students with disabilities to ensure equitable access.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum three years) in social sciences or related fields
- Strong academic performance
- English proficiency via IELTS, TOEFL, Cambridge, or Duolingo (unless exempt)
- Must study in at least two consortium universities located in different countries, excluding the country of residence
- Four specialization tracks to choose from:
- Global Public Policy
- European Public Policy
- Political Economy and Development
- Governance and Development
- Global Public Policy
- Required documents: Two recommendation letters, academic transcripts, CV, and proof of language proficiency
