Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the IACC Young Journalists Program, applicants must:
- Be a citizen of any country
- Be currently working as a journalist
- Have experience covering political, economic, social, governance, or public interest topics
- Work in print, digital, television, radio, or multimedia journalism
- Be under 35 years of age as of 6 December 2026
- Have a good command of the English language
- Demonstrate a strong interest in transparency, accountability, and anti-corruption reporting
Participant Responsibilities
Successful applicants will be expected to:
- Attend conference sessions, workshops, and networking events
- Interview global leaders, policymakers, experts, and civil society representatives
- Produce at least one journalistic report related to the conference
- Pitch their story to a recognized media outlet after the event
- Comply with the program’s terms of reference and code of conduct
