About the Global Youth Water Envoys Program 2026
The Global Youth Water Envoys Program (GYWEP) is an international youth leadership initiative led by the Arab Youth Center (AYC) in partnership with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The programme is supported by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation (CIFF) and delivered in collaboration with the Green Africa Youth Organisation (GAYO) and WaterAid.
The programme seeks to empower young leaders to actively contribute to achieving Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6), which focuses on ensuring access to clean water and sanitation for all.
Participants will complete a leadership programme running from September to December 2026 before representing youth voices at the UN Water Conference, scheduled for 8–10 December 2026 in Abu Dhabi.

Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Have a good working knowledge of English.

- Finance
- Be available to commit approximately 3–4 hours per week from September to December 2026.
