Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the University of Toronto Mastercard Scholarship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:

- Must be a citizen and resident of a Sub-Saharan African country.
2. Academic Requirements
- Must be applying for a graduate program at the University of Toronto.
- Must have a strong academic record.

- Master of Health Administration
