Financial Coverage
The Fred J. Hansen Foundation fully funds this program, covering:
- International round-trip airfare

Eligibility Criteria
For International Students (Non-U.S.):
- Undergraduate (completed at least 2 years) or Graduate students
- Age between 20–25 at the start of the program
- Active leadership experience
- Valid international passport
- Letter of recommendation from an academic advisor
- Preference for those who have never visited the U.S.
For U.S. Students:
- Undergraduate (minimum 2 years completed) or Graduate students
- Age between 20–25 at the start of the program
- Professional interest in international relations, diplomacy, or related fields
Selection & Results
- International applications will be reviewed starting February 2026
- Results will be sent out by mid to late March 2026
