Who Can Apply
- Citizens of eligible African countries (e.g., Nigeria, Uganda, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe & more)
- Early- or mid-career professionals with leadership potential
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree with strong academic standing
- Not currently enrolled in a master’s or higher program
- Committed to development work and fostering ties with Ireland
