Who Can Apply?
The scholarship is open to foreign citizens and stateless persons, including eligible nationals living outside their home countries.
Bachelor’s Track
Applicants should generally be 16–23 years old, should not already hold a bachelor’s, specialist’s or master’s degree, and must have completed or be completing the qualification required for university admission in their country.
Master’s Track
Applicants should generally be 20–33 years old and must have completed or be completing at least a bachelor’s degree.
Doctoral Track
Applicants should generally be 22–35 years old and must have completed or be completing at least a specialist’s or master’s degree.
Postdoctoral Track
Applicants should generally be 24–39 years old and must hold a doctoral degree or equivalent qualification.
