Applications are now open for the 17th South China Sea International Conference 2025, a fully funded international gathering that will take place in Da Nang, Vietnam, from 3–4 November 2025.
The 2025 theme is “Unity in Uncertainties,” focusing on global collaboration to address critical issues surrounding geopolitics, maritime security, policy-making, and the South China Sea. This prestigious forum invites young leaders worldwide to share bold ideas, engage with experts, and build lasting professional networks.
No application fee is required, and IELTS is not mandatory to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Open to applicants from all countries
- Age Requirement: 20–35 years old by the start of the program
- Language: Proficiency in English required
- Academic/Professional Background: Strong foundation in political science, international relations, international law, or other related social sciences
- Selection: Only 8 Young Leaders will be chosen to attend
