Applications are now open for the Malta Government ENDEAVOUR Scholarship 2026-2027. The scholarship supports students pursuing a Master’s degree (MQF Level 7) in Malta and aims to strengthen the country’s workforce through quality postgraduate education.
The program is open to Maltese, EU/EEA, and international students who want to continue their studies in Europe.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Be Maltese citizens, EU/EEA nationals, or international students
- Start their Master’s program between April 27, 2026, and April 26, 2027
- Not have started the course before April 27, 2026
- Hold qualifications eligible for postgraduate study
Applicants with an MQF Level 8 qualification (PhD level) are not eligible.

- Academic performance (20%)
- Motivation letter (65%)
- Previous work experience (15%)
