Applications are now open for the USTC Research Internship 2027 at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). This fully funded research opportunity is open to Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD students from around the world.
Selected interns will work on research projects under the guidance of USTC professors and gain valuable international research experience. The internship lasts 3 to 11 months, depending on the research project.
There is no application fee, and the program is open to applicants from all nationalities.

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must generally meet the following requirements:
- Be a citizen of a country other than China
- Hold a valid foreign passport
- Be between 18 and 40 years old
- Be in good physical and mental health
- Have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have no criminal record
- Have strong English language skills
- Meet the academic requirements for the selected research area
