Applications are officially open for the CrossCulture Program (CCP) 2026 in Germany — a fully funded international exchange fellowship designed for professionals and volunteers from across the globe. Each year, the program selects around 55–60 participants from 40 partner countries to spend two to three months in Germany working with host organizations and building strong intercultural networks.
Funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, the CrossCulture Program empowers emerging leaders to expand their professional expertise, strengthen civil society engagement, and enhance dialogue between cultures.

Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CCP Fellowship 2026, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 23 years old at the time of application.
- Possess strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Have a minimum of two years of professional or volunteer experience in civil society or community-based organizations.
- Be professionally active in one or more of the following areas:
- Policy and Society
- Media and Culture
- Human Rights and Peace
- Sustainable Development and Climate Justice
- Policy and Society
