International students looking to study in Brazil can now apply for the Fifth Edition of the GCUB International Mobility Program (GCUB-Mob) 2027, one of the largest fully funded postgraduate scholarship opportunities in Latin America.
The scholarship program is organized by the International Cooperation Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB) and is open to outstanding students from all five continents who wish to pursue Master’s or Doctoral degrees at Brazilian universities.
In the 2027 edition, a total of 889 scholarships will be awarded across 62 Brazilian universities, including 539 Master’s scholarships and 350 PhD scholarships.
About the GCUB-Mob Scholarship Program
The GCUB International Mobility Program aims to strengthen international academic cooperation and expand access to quality postgraduate education in Brazil.
According to the official announcement, the program contributes directly to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially:
- SDG 4 – Quality Education
- SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities
- SDG 17 – Partnerships for the Goals

Scholarship Benefits
Selected students will receive several benefits throughout their studies in Brazil, including:

Who Can Apply?
To qualify for the GCUB-Mob Scholarship Program, applicants must:
