About the International Geneva Peace Fellowship Programme
The International Geneva Peace Fellowship Programme is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders tackling complex global peace and humanitarian challenges. Fellows will participate in a comprehensive learning experience that combines academic engagement, professional placements, leadership development, and networking opportunities within Geneva’s internationally recognized diplomatic ecosystem.

Eligibility Criteria
The fellowship is open to applicants from around the world who demonstrate strong leadership potential and a commitment to peacebuilding and humanitarian action.
Eligible candidates include:
- Master’s degree graduates who completed their studies within the last 12 months
- Advanced PhD candidates seeking to transition into policy and practice-oriented careers
- Junior professionals with 1–4 years of relevant experience
- Mid-career professionals with 5–10 years of experience in related fields
Applicants should have experience or demonstrated interest in areas such as:
