Job Responsibilities
As the Head Chef, you will:
- Lead and manage the kitchen team.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality meals.
- Maintain excellent food presentation and consistency.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations.
- Manage food ordering and supplier relationships.
- Control food costs, waste, and labour budgets.
- Ensure high food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements
