Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the SI Global Professional Scholarship 2026, applicants must:

- Apply for and receive admission to a Swedish master’s program by 15 January 2026.
- Have a minimum of 3,000 hours of professional work experience (including part-time or freelance work).
- Demonstrate leadership experience and commitment to sustainable development.

How to Apply for the Swedish Institute (SI) Global Scholarship 2026
Step 1: Apply for Admission
- Visit UniversityAdmissions.se
- Apply for up to four master’s programs by 15 January 2026.
- After submission, you’ll receive an eight-digit application number, which is required for the SI Scholarship.
Step 2: Apply for the SI Global Professional Scholarship
- The SI Scholarship portal opens 9 February 2026 and closes 25 February 2026.
- Only applicants who have secured admission to a Swedish master’s program are eligible.
